Panel access plans
Standard is for brand teams running one workspace. Premium adds Source Intelligence, trends and the full panel. Enterprise is the custom panel for agencies and multi-brand portfolios. During early access every feature is free; these plans apply once paid access starts, each with a 14-day free trial.

Frequently asked
Is the workspace free right now?
Yes. While mapou is in early access, every workspace feature is free for signed-in users and no card is needed. Standard and Premium are the plans for when paid access starts, and both will include a 14-day free trial.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. From your dashboard's Billing page, the Stripe Customer Portal lets you upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that the workspace reverts to a read-only state for 30 days, then deletion proceeds per our Privacy Policy. Your data is exportable as JSON from the Billing page at any time.
What does the Standard tier actually unlock vs Premium?
Standard customers see their own brand plus up to five named competitors in the mapou Visibility Index, with the monthly research refresh applied to their segment. Premium customers see the full panel: every brand in their segment, every buyer persona, and every engine. Premium also unlocks Source Intelligence (the creators and outlets AI cites in your category), month-over-month trends and alerts, CSV export, and automated narrative inference.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is custom-priced based on the number of brands, segments, and integrations required. Annual invoice only, paid in advance. Contact enterprise@mapou.ai with your scope and we'll send a SOW within one business day.
Will there be a free tier after early access?
The deep studies stay free and public, and you can test your brand once for free at mapou.ai/check. The workspace itself moves to the paid plans on this page when paid access starts, because every daily prompt run against ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok costs money.
Are there discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save 17% (the equivalent of two months free). The annual price is shown under the monthly price for each tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe handles all payments. Credit cards from the major networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and in supported regions, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer or ACH against an invoice.
Is my data secure?
Workspace data is stored on Neon Postgres encrypted at rest. Integration tokens (Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta) are encrypted AES-256-GCM with keys held outside the database. Stripe handles all payment data. We never see or store card numbers. The full subprocessor list is at https://app.mapou.ai/privacy/subprocessors.
Security and compliance
Stripe handles all payments under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance; we never receive or store card numbers. Workspace data is encrypted at rest on Neon Postgres. Integration tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted with keys held outside the database. The complete subprocessor list with categories of data each one processes is at app.mapou.ai/privacy/subprocessors. Enterprise customers can request a counter-signed Data Processing Agreement; email enterprise@mapou.ai.
